Cr-Al-Zr brick

We produce Chromium-Aluminum-Zirconia brick for chemical interprises. They have a good quality and competitive price.

The qualities of this series of products are MgO-C, MgO-CaO-C and Al2O3-MgO-C, among which Mg-O quality mainly applies to ladle lining and slag line because of its good performance at high temperature, strong resistance to slag and good thermal shock resistance stability. Mg-O quality brick can improve the ladle’s service remarkably, especially when it is applied to the slag line.

MgO-CaO-C quality brick has good Slag-corrosion resistance and desulfidation, and it’s benefit for producing clean steel. This quality mainly applies to refining ladle, it can absorb sonims in the using process so as to purify liquid steel. Because the CaO is easy to be hydrated, we use special resin as binder and do special hydration-proof treatment to manufacture the product.

As to Al2O3-MgO-C quality brick, we use bausite or white fused corundum, magnesite and flake graphite as raw materials, phenolic resin as binder, press it under press machine to manufacture it. This product has the advantages of high penetration-resistance ability, excellent resistance to slag and high mechanical strength, mainly applies to ladle wall and bottom and ladle nozzle well block.

Chrome-Alumina-Zirconia Brick

This product mainly applies to the inside lining of coal-water slurry gasifier, it has excellent erosion-resistance to molten coal slag, airflow and various amboceptors. High chrome brick has good thermal shock resistance stability, good high temperature strength and volume stability,  and can be used for a long time under the action of acid slag and vapour.
